So far it's okay but it's raising all kinds of dickens with my arthritis.

So far it's okay but it's raising all kinds of dickens with my arthritis.

A heating pad can be helpful.

Every time the weather changes I get some sharp pains for a couple days (At the ripe old age of 35 lol) a heating pad helps alot!

Heat is a wonderful pain reliever! I don't have a heating pad, but warm water helps soak out lots of troubles.

It's still snowing and very VERY cold here.
