So, you might recall we were in the midst of refinancing and getting a little bit o moola so we could build a barn or two. Big G really wants his version of a garage, which isn't your standard garage. He more or less wants 4 walls with 2 garage-like doors to store his farm equipment in and this 'garage' will be located way away from the house....cars still have to live outside apparantly.
Anyway - we're all approved now just waiting on the money to go into the bank and he talked about stopping by the water works place to start the process there. I asked exactly how many buildings he was looking to build and where...when it got me thinking.
I'd love to have a room to store my soap stuff...maybe make a little store out of it. I used to want a milk room, but now that I have the milk barn I don't need a milk room anymore.
So I told him that in the process of building these buildings I want some type of room to use as a store-ish thing, to which he politely denied.
He explained what he thinks he wants and where, and one of the places is near a blue shed in the back yard - actually right in the spot the blue shed sits. This is something we've discussed before and I have no problem with putting a building where the blue shed is. It'll have an overhang for the cows and, what he doesn't know, is that since this particular part of the yard/field was somewhat fenced in for Meatball's birth I plan to use that section for a breeding pen when I bring the bucks over for my goats. An overhang of some sort will be just perfect for keeping them out of the weather.

*smoke starts coming out her ears as the wheels start to turn* So, what are you going to do with the blue shed, then, dear husband of mine?
Big G: Huh. Good question. Guess you can use that.
glenolam: Wow, really? Thanks, dear husband of mine! Thanks for thinking of it!
Big G: Hey, no problem. Anything for you.
HA! In a few months I'll have a nice 8x12 barn to showcase my soaps!
