What are your best reference books for natural remedies?
I'm interested in Native American healing arts. It has been the most difficult for me to find sources for. So devestating that immigrants/invaders attempted to erase their cultures.I was once turned onto Back to Eden by one of my aides. She claimed it was her mom’s favorite reference book and I obtained a copy. Once I had it I understood her attraction to it. It’s just about the easiest book to actually use available. I had many textbooks and I can sorta look online and create a list but my library has been destroyed and I don’t have my book titles and authors memorized. Tell you the truth I added books I didn’t already have to my collection as they were put on sale for housecleaning. I dabbled a bit with Native American healing.
I checked that book out from the library earlier this year. Its the most overwhelming book I've ever opened. But excellent. Maybe i should try it again.Tortoise for a look at Native American herbal try
