Good reference book(s)?

i don't have a single source reference like that so i can't put it down here. i have various books on first aid and another book on when technology fails and then Mom has her book on natural remedies and supplements, but it is probably close to 20 years old and perhaps needs an update.

Herbal First Aid: Assembling a Natural First Aid Kit (DIY) https://a.co/d/4Q0tpRF

The author has some other good resources as well, her name is Raleigh Briggs

This is one of my go-to books. I have another one in my collection. I will find it today and post.

We do a lot of essential oils and herbs here. Lots!

@Medicine Woman would likely have some really good resources. Maybe once she is a little more settled in her new routine she could give some ideas too.

Ignor the price it is just for reference to the book "https://www.amazon.com/PDR-Herbal-Medicines-Thomson-Healthcare/dp/1563636786
Find one that is " out of date " and pay less that $20 for it.
Another would be
An of course many good references here
Also on that site are some old 1800's pharmacy recipe books.

I was once turned onto Back to Eden by one of my aides. She claimed it was her mom’s favorite reference book and I obtained a copy. Once I had it I understood her attraction to it. It’s just about the easiest book to actually use available. I had many textbooks and I can sorta look online and create a list but my library has been destroyed and I don’t have my book titles and authors memorized. Tell you the truth I added books I didn’t already have to my collection as they were put on sale for housecleaning. I dabbled a bit with Native American healing.

I'm interested in Native American healing arts. It has been the most difficult for me to find sources for. So devestating that immigrants/invaders attempted to erase their cultures. 😣
