Kinda makes ya wonder where "mama cat" is? Think your dog got her bad enough for her to be out of commission? or worse? Not that he shouldn't have - he was doing his job and did it well!

I don't worry too much about predators and the pigs either - except newborns. I had two disappear out of the last batch before Cowboy figured it out and started jumping fences to chase our resident bobcat(s) away.

Also when their belly starts dragging when they walk. That would be a bad sign, lol

Lol you could say that I suppose. He won't gain so much on corn, it's what 8% protein I think?

You going to be cool with butchering him yourself?
