Was that you filming? Hold still, girl! Of course, that man kept walking right in front of the camera....

LOL, I was just using my little handheld camera and I uploaded a quick little bit. It's nearly impossible to stand still at one of these events. Everything is in motion!

5 days of school left and I go and catch one whopper of a cold!! I don't have time for this! I've got boatloads of paperwork to finish up. Kids to see for final data and a supervisor who is freaking out because she's got more to do than me. Today is my day at the elementary school while she's at the HS so I can get all my computer stuff done. I've got end of the quarter progress notes to enter for over 50 kids. I could technically do that from home because I happen to have the forms I need with me since I had to transfer them from the HS to the elem. school. BUT if I do them from home I don't get paid for doing them and I'll be darned if I'm going to put in more "volunteer" hours!! So I'm going to have to tough it out. I'm only going to see the kids I absolutely must. And I'm only going to gather the data. If it takes less than their 1/2 hour session, they're going back to class. No games, no stickers, no fun.
Bunny comes home tomorrow at this point. It looks like it will be cooler than last week by about 20 degrees!
Got to put DS on the bus. He's got 4 more days. We finished our regular Cub Scout meetings for the year. He is supposed to have baseball practice for the All-Star game this evening but that's looking iffy at the moment (it's pouring!) He had Field Day yesterday.

When I started hacking the last two days of school, one of my co-workers said to me, "Wow that sounds bad. Sounds just like the cold I have had for the last two weeks."

Really? Hum. Thanks a LOT for coming to school SICK all of those days and contaminating ME!

I am just now finally getting better. I hope that yours does not last nearly this long.

I'm pretty sure I got from DH. He was much better the second day so I'm hoping for a better day tomorrow. I convinced my mother to take DS to baseball practice so she is sitting in the rain instead of me. I think I owe her big.....
I'm popping the vitamins and taking something called Bio-vegetarian from the naturpath. It's got hot pepper in it. If it sits on your tongue too long you know it! not much is helping. I'm heading for slug of Nyquil next. Today was pretty much the worst. I could see kids for their full half hours without having a coughing, sneezing, dripping fit. So I got done what I could.
Tomorrow I get our new bunny! I am meeting the breeder in the run down parking lot of a closed restaurant. Sounds a bit shady. I'm glad someone I know knows her
ooo gettin' a little punchy. I can't sleep like I'd hoped. I'm watching the History Channel. Larry the Cable guy is at a farm where they're breeding donkeys that are descended from George Washington's with the eventual goal of breeding for mules. It's almost x rated. I can't be making this up, can I?
