Homemade soda .... healthier versions

Free-- I think you will like the water kefir grains. Since I got them (right before Christmas) I have given up making soda. so far I have only made gingerale, but I will experiment with other flavours soon. to ferment it, you need one tablspoon sweetener, (sugar, molasses etc) per one cup of water to ferment. when it is done, it still needs a bit of sweetening, and i add stevia, and it tastes just like gingerale.
