How would you feel about buying a property with graves on it?

One good thing is you can have loud parties and your neighbors wouldnt call the cops on you. You also wouldnt have neighbors being nosey, borrow your stuff and not bring it back, or complaining about your dog barking.

All good points (loud parties) are ok every once in a while.

I recall my parents bought a house in Virginia they had to pay to have the property searched for graves. Both in NC and VA it's not uncommon to conduct funeral in your house and bury your spouse or childen on the property you own. I guess that might be an issue when you go to sell your property - but that's about all i know about it.
