I'd have been worried if it weren't in the kitchen section!!
I had a small metal smoker that went in the over. I did salmon and shrimp in it that were delicious. I'd love to get into it more with an outdoor smoker.

:gig I'm feeling impish tonight...

Free, for your first smoke ;) , I recommend brined pork chops...mine came out devine. We were fighting over them all week. Started out with a pork loin roast (thank you Benson) sliced thick. (Skr8pn smokes a whole loin then cuts, I did it the other way around...it cut down on time for sure. And they still tasted outa this world.)

MmmKay, see the deal is, you gotta 'splain HOW you smoke here. ;) Rubs, brines, recipes etc. got it? :lol:

My step dad has a smoker. I'm going to bring four chickens over and we're gonna spend a whole day smoking!
