Once I get everything going I love to garden and I love being outdoors! (Cept when its 90+ outside I melt :'( and when the Skeeter's are out in nasty droves)
I did some habenero jelly a short while ago, it was a nice intro to canning and I'll definatly be doing it again!
Freezing nice too! We do that when we get a lot from the store
I haven't done dehydrating since I was really little (and mostly my ma and grandma did that work) but recently got a dehydrator and I plan on using it lots!!
