So here we are on this site trying to learn about becoming self sufficient. I know the reason I joined was for the trophies points
just kidding... The real reason I joined is because my wife and I wanted to move away from processed food, raise and butcher our own and also can can can what we grow. So far so good and I've learned so much from all of you. What an inspiration you all are - THANK YOU!
But you know it seems the world is going off in a different direction. While we all enjoy the natural side of eating our organic pesticide free veggies, "mone" & "otics" free meat. They are growing meat in labs. I just don't get it...

Well, I feel the numbers of people using these type foods will not outnumber those who do not, will not, for many, many years. If you don't want meat, fine. There are PLENTY of veggies out there to eat. Once again, enjoying the actual taste is what many of use want. For some, not so.
I'm not buying it.
