I wish my new girls would start laying already....I have 7 freeloaders right now and I'm getting aggrivated. Good thing the ducks don't seem to notice the change in the weather! :P
 
:lol: I am convinced that my ducks are thinking snowflakes are the greatest thing they have seen since I took their pool away. Silly ducks. Gotta luv 'em. :love
 
yeah our animals seem to do really well in the cold - i think its much worse for US

but Debbie was funny yesterday - the furthest out she came was to peek around the door. but Nibbles was out there in the snow - thats my girl

we're gonna get those fake reindeer antlers and put 'em on Nibbles for her official Christmas look

My girls were out demanding their breakfast before it got light. They ain't afraid of this snow :cool: Hunger trumps weather.

Say, how long is gun season in your area?
 
January....we have early bow, then muzzleloader, then gun season, then back into bow again I think. I live near a police officer and it is not unheard of to hear gunshots in the afternoons so I hunt with a gun all season long on my own property.

Yes, I cheat. I are a redneck, after all..... :D
