Java. the end.

We are all head over heels in love with them. I think Hubby is now wishing for a bigger piece of land to keep them on :P He went out at 5 am this morning before work to check them and make them come out of the warming box and nurse.

Awww!!! Hes hooked. :D They are just adorable.

So for all you goat pip popping momma's. Whats next? Do they get shots, vaccines, etc???

I am sure their are different schools of thought. But whats the norm?

Gosh Tanks, I haven't gotten that far yet  Wormer for sure, other stuff depends on if they seem stressed or not. I don't vaccinate because my breeder said she was finding it to not be necessary. Mostly we need to up the food amount so they can keep the milk bar open for business.
Dehorning the kids comes up fast - I think we need to do the buckling this weekend because I can feel his horn buds already. He came out half grown!

They are so adorable! Congrats again. I love the goats in coats.

Oh and my daughter's name is Leah, I am thinking that means maybe I should buy that one from you. :D

How sweet! Leah is one of Rory's - shes the white goat. We had to write their names on the coats because I couldn't keep them straight. My brain was fried last night.

I can totally understand! I am just glad you made it through and everyone looks happy and healthy. I just wish it was warmer for you and them. I know I would be out in the barn all day if I had those babies, but it sure would be hard in this weather. In my coop this morning the temp was -1.7* and that was at 7am. Brrrr, stay warm out there!
