JUSTUSNAK...Summer coming to an end!?

Thank you Tanks. It was a scarey morning...but it turned out well...so far. :) Today we have thunderstorms..yuk! Going out to the barn will be an adventure...with the lightening and rain....but I have to go see how they did last night. It was her first night out in the barn. I am uploading pics now...so soon, you all will get to meet my little Half Pint. :D
 
Well....here she is....in all her glory. FINALLY!! The MUCH awaited...HalfPint! :D
Here she is only a few hours old..after I was able to get her warmed up, she was standing in my chair.

Now, she is resting with momma...and very content I might add. :)

Well that explains why it was taking so long. That big old boy was clogging up the works!! Too bad you lost him, but at least you still have a nice little girl!! That is even better than a boy that might have been meat anyway.

Don't worry so much about her size. An old doctor told my mom that babies always "grow better on the outside" anyway! Before you know it she will be big and strong. Without any competition from a big bully brother she will get all of the attention. (and might just get a little spoiled :P )

Sounds like a busy and emotional day, I am sorry about the loss, but thrilled that you have a nice healthy little one there!
