Kale Chips

I made these today, they were fantastic! I used probably only a quarter teaspoon of salt and that was almost too much for me so next time I will adjust. I sprinkled with a little garlic and parm before baking and they were so yummy! Thanks for sharing.

I am experimenting now with zucchini chips in the dehydrator. I tried making them like the kale chips and burnt the heck out of them

I tried the zuke chips in the dehydrator. Hope you have better experiences than I did--I thought they were yucky.
