I can't believe you have been in the farm house for almost 2 years already. Geesh how time flies. Good to hear things are coming around for you. It will me nice not to have to deal with any fix it's through winter.
our roasted vegie Italian Sausage casserole sounds wonderful. Was it ground sausage browned or link? so did you just make it really saucy so the barley had enough liquid?
I wish we could trade weather for a day. It is toasty hot outside my window. We are staying in and staying out of the heat. Side benefit? I get to work on my quilting. So see...different weather, same result
