I don't think there is a whole lot of good shows on TV now-a-days, but I really like "Last Man Standing" on Friday night. I am even starting to arrange Friday Night Fish Fry around being home to watch the show. I should probably just record it, but that is another issue.
So from Fridays show I learned a new term: man-stove
Man-stove - (noun) a propane powered cooking appliance found on the back porch, under the domain of the dominant male. Use of said appliance by a female requires strict supervision and unwanted advice offered by said dominant male.

My DH is so terribly possessive about his grill. Whenever I go to use it, he hovers, he adjusts the flame, he looks over my shoulder when I turn the food, etc.

I stopped grilling at home a long time ago because of hubby's man stove. And, I barely cook any more cuz hubby's decided he wants to cook, so I let him.
