Its sure entertaining!
The pic where my almost son-in-law is taking a roll of fire crackers up the ladder for the teepee, that is 40,000-50,000 firecrackers. It is a blast up there! I have pics from other years also but not sure where they all are.
Can we post videos on here? If so I will try to take a video of the bon fire going off.

Yah. Sometimes I'm glad its only once a year. We have a family reunion in the fall- its a bit more tame. Lol
People started camping (and drinking) last Saturday. I used to do that but now I am an ac kinda girl.
and now I am one of the older folks up there. 
all that combined with the fact that I can't stand kids with NO manners... and there are MANY of them. And people got huffy last year when their kids came over and took fireworks out of MY bag -by my feet- and I told them they should ask and say please and thank you.
That is a whole 'nother of my rants. People that won't teach their kids manners and get huffy and pissy 'cause someone else makes the atttempt to. Grrrrrr!!

And the kids screaming in the store, and they just walk around and let them keep screaming! Aaaaaagggggggg! Makes me want to pull my hair out. The best one was the day at wal mart. When the lady was walking her screaming kid (@4-5 yrs old) away from the toy section saying "I told you we were just going to look". What the he**?come on. When my kids started having a fit in ANY public place, I took them out side.

They took 1st place horse- ride, walk, or harness in the grape fest perade. He had a LOT of go that day for some reason. She had to hold him back.

Well, went to town today and got 36 cans of green beans, 36 cans of corn, 24 cans of small canned potatoes, 24 cans of peas,12 cans of creamed corn, and 36 cans of pork and beans. Total of @ $50.00 for 14 cases of vegies. Will need to get the pantry cleaned out now!
