Always doing laundry
Well, I just sent another text to my FIL, cause I'm too angry to speak to him, and told him that we haven't done anything wrong, all we have tried to do is to be a part of this family and that someone needs to tell BIL the truth and take him down a knotch.
Still crying.....
Chad called up BIL and wanted to know how much he wanted for the front pasture up to the road and he went ballistic. We told him we would pull up all the fencing this weekend if he didn't want to sell it to us. We're not putting something up on his property and then having to be under his thumb all the time.
In the beginning we told him we wanted to build a house, and we did, and then my granny gave us this house. He's mad cause we put "that" up over here. So he's pretty much pissed off that he lives next to a trailer, even though he stood in my back yard yesterday and told us how good the house looked.
I'm so mad I can't even think straight.

I am so sorry. Why would he tell you one thing and do another? That is a really sorry thing to do. I'd be ticked too. But on the other hand I would try to remember that being angry will not help matters and maybe I would try to resolve things peacefully-or move!

Okay....I am crossing my fingers......our other house is going to be shown this afternoon!!! It would make life a lot easier right now if we could just sell that house and be done with it. 
Anyway....2.5 acres is PLENTY.....right? It is ours free and clear....we just have a shi!!y neighbor. We have lots of room in the front yard and while we didn't want to do it we could always fence in part of the front for the goats and limit ourselves to 3. 2 for milk and one for a companion. We may have to do some rearranging but it is plenty of space, right? I just have to keep telling myself that. Over and over and over and over....

I'm sorry this has happened... 
Look at it this way, maybe 2.5 acres isn't what you are used to, but if it doesn't have the family drama involved it is worth it 10x over.

Honey I'm sorry - my MIL is like that with us - she'll give and give to my SIL (and family), but not to DH or our children. We almost got screwed out of the property we currently live on - long story . . . but I feel your pain. Hang in there . . it will work out for the best and yes 2.5 acres is enough, not what you wanted, but it is enough
