Well, I kinda inspired myself here a bit yesterday evening. I'm off to make pizza for dinner tonight. I kinda feel that I have to now! ;)

I did! I love these little mini pizzas we get at Aldi, I think we pay about 59c each. They have a tomato sauce base and some cheese on them, so I add toppings and pop in the oven. DS loves them, so it's an easy meal for him and a great way for me to use up things that are going south, like the mushrooms now.

They're all over the place here! Aldi, Lidl and Tesco are our cheaper supermarkets and you'll find at least one of them in every halfway decent sized town and all of them in the bigger ones. I shop at them 95% of the time. I love that I can get a trolley full of stuff for about €60 there and now and then they'll put a "€10 off if you spent €50 in one go" voucher in the newspapers too. Heck €10 goes a long way there.

I don't papers and I don't coupon, but I spotted a note on the front page of a paper in the newsagents once saying there is a voucher inside and thought hell yeah! I can do this for sure lol It's easy enough to fill a trolley to €50 when you're buying goods you can store awhile.
