My father-in-law when to the dairy sale yesterday and bought us a bred jersey heifer and 6 jersey heifer calves!! We have our work cut out for us now taming them, but I'm so thankful for him.

The plan is to halter break the calves and sell 4 or 5 of them to pay him back for the ones we keep plus some profit.

OK, I'm jealous. Jersey's are my favorite breed of cows. I think it's their eyes that do it to me, reminds me of an Arabian horse.
