Haven't made it in awhile, but I've made meat loaf mixture, spread it all out on a sheet of foil, then put thin slices of ham on top, then spinach on top of that, then roll it up (w/out the foil in it!) and cook it like any normal meatloaf. I took that to a church dinner once, and it disappeared!

Yep they are! I like ginger snap cookie crumbs better but I am a ginger nut.

My Aunt in Austria made one similar but hers had pickles in there too. Not sure where that came from but I ate it and it was pretty yummy. It was just different than the American version.
