CC that turkey looks good BUT the tray being held looks too small. LOL

Yep... :\ It was way to small but we used all the bigger ones and was all we had left. If you never had deep fried peanut oil turkey before, oh my God, it pegs the totally delicious meter. Quick also, fry at 3 minutes per lb @ 325 ~ 350 degrees.

That is true... But since they cook quick, you can do multiple small turkeys, depending on how many people you want to feed. You just have to make sure they are totally defrosted and patted dry first. Deep frying turkey has got a bad rap because of this and the damage/fire that has happened by a few idiots.

we smoked a small turkey once on a grill. we went to take it off the grill and ended up standing there and eating it. never saw a plate.
