Well Mesa back I know it has been a few months and a lot has happened I have gotten thro Basic with My boy he is now at AIT We had some comp issues and internet issues both have now been solved and I'm ready for spring I'm going to be getting some new chicks and I got the seed Catalog out and I'm looking into Heirloom seeds this year and Ideas on what works for U all would be great I live in Southern Indiana Still thinking about a goat?? but not to sure what to get I have milked one before but I really don't want to raise one so I think one that has been Milked before would work and I'm not to sure how many I would need for my family Humm so full of Ideas LOL well glad to be back now I just have to catch up with what's been going on

Well Chicks are ordered 10 Americana 2 Magpie Ducks, BBTurkeys, 2 Brown Chinese geese and 10 Self blue silkies just cause I like them

DH bought me a pressure canner today 16qt I'm so happy now all I need to do is learn how to use it LOL I have never been around one so this will be fun

Me too I have always did water bath tho so this will be new experience for me now if only spring would get here so I can get the garden in so I have something to can LOL Well this morning I made homemade muffins Blueberry and strawberry mixed I call them wild berry muffins, the kids love them so now I have a bunch of dishes in my sink so I best get them clean or the flylady will get me And later I have a funeral to go to my DH stepgrandfather passed this week So I don't think I'll get anything else done today But if I do it will be getting the chick brooders ready for the new bunch that will be coming in

Congrats on the pressure canner. You wont believe the stuff you be canning now. Every time I buy something I think "hey I can can that".
It opens up a whole new world.
