I canned some peppers today, and while looking for the appropriate timings I found this: http://anrcatalog.ucdavis.edu/pdf/8004.pdf
I thought I was reasonably conversant in metric, but ..... what is KPa? K is self evident, but I am puzzled by the Pa. Can you enlighten me? Thanks.

It's a kilopascal, a unit of pressure. 1 psi is about 6.9 Kpa.

Thank you Mickey; this is a term I had not run across before :)

Well there you go, learn something new every day--I knew the abbreviation was for kilopascal, but would have had to google to convert it :)

Well, that's what I did Moolie. LOL, I knew what it meant, but had no idea of the conversion!
