I was also offered another job yesterday...my friend owns a real estate firm and she wants me to get my lisence and work out of her office...but I think I'd rather sew...less money, but less stress, headaches and expenses too

Well, we went to the bank...got the okay...and then found out that they are planning on building a 4 lane highway through there with a median...which means that our trips to town would end up being wayyyyy longer than nessesary because we would have to drive to the next overpass 15 kms down the road to turn around and backtrack to the property...sheesh! Now we need prayers that our home will sell and that the timing will be great for us to make an easy transition. Homes are not selling well this past year, but with spring coming I am hoping someone just falls in love with this place and buys it!
