Moving with canned goods?

I am going to go ahead and can some candied jalapeno's tomorrow and take my chances! I have the bug and dehydrating is not cutting it

Yes, until I run out and need them! I have left them on when traveling and have been over Raton Pass several times with canned food. I put all jars in those big plastic totes to contain any mess if something breaks--nothing has ever broken this way.

Interesting question. I DO know you want to wait 1 week and then get your tires checked at the new elevation for pressure.
