How about this 60 second skit?
All the boys line up and yell (together so they can be understood)
"Our Patrol lost 185 pounds in just one week! Ask us HOW!"
Of course, the announcer or the crowd must yell back
"HOW did your patrol lose 185 pound in just one week?"
And the boys yell back:
"We went on a hike with our Scout Master ____ up past xyz Mountain, and he hasn't been seen since!"
Weight of your actual Scoutmaster may vary.
