New Steps in the Garden

Husband and I dug out the side of our terraced garden, which was pretty precarious going down, and he built and installed wood steps...

...and I leveled the inside, put down landscape fabric, and filled with stones from an area up top closer to the house that I'm readying as a space for more garden!

Next on the docket: finish new garden area!

I've been wanting steps like that to our pump house for years, it would be a lot less precarious during icy conditions

Those projects always do take longer than expected... still working on fencing my garden. Started that 2 years ago.

Welcome to the group! Very nice steps. I'll be looking forward to garden pictures. It looks like you have a very pretty garden area, and now, steps to make it more functional. I can bet that it WOULD have been hard to navigate that hill without steps, especially after a rain. Nice job, well done!
