My youngest is a brilliant, albeit extremely lazy person, who does math in his head and has from a young age. He doesn't like to "do the work" involved in working out a problem and so just puts down the answers.

I got that a lot too, the only graffiti I have ever done was.....

In black ink I would write:

E=MC2
Albert Einstein


In red ink I would write:
A-
Nice job Albert, next time show your work!

When I was a student teacher, there was a story about a previous teacher who taught her kids that the Underground Railroad was an ACTUAL railroad. Unfortunately, this was in a special education classroom, so none of the kids in that class really knew that this was incorrect.

I currently work for someone whom I am convinced was only hired because he has a pulse and a teaching certificate.
