of course i will be painting the outside and replacing the shingles with a much lighter color, almost white, and every room will have to get a different paint color

so i may be asking alot of adivse from you wonderful people

yes after watching the house drop from 49,999 to 45,750 to 42,750 in like 3 weeks i had to bid on it
i bid 37,5 then they counteroffered 43,400 then i came back with 39,5 then we agreed on 40,000 even

i am comparing it to my house now which is a 3 br 1 1/2 ba with a spit of a yard.......i paid 52,000 for this house howvever it is brick which i prefer

the new house was built in 97 (stick built) it has a dishwasher the extra bedroom i need and another FULL bathroom and a 1/2 acre more for 12k less. maybe i can brick it in for the other 12,000. joking

but when i move i will be able to use this house now as income. thats the only good thing about this house its that it brings 750.00 EASY

i just cant wait to paint, hang wainscoting (?spelling?) plant things and trees.

i am even considering a little pond in the back yard for tilapia

BUT there is a 2 acre pond on the property next to it thats vacant but owned by a church so i think i am going to try fishing that 2 acre pond.
