Ok cheesemakers...you have GOT to try this!

The ski queen brand has goats milk and cow's milk cream added to the whey. Nom nom nom nom!

LOL Freem. We knew it was pure sugar crack. But omg amazing!!!!

Yeah, when I saw the carb count I reread the label to make sure they weren't adding sugar. But the first ingredient being whey explained it all. I will gladly break my carb restriction for this stuff. Fortunately it is expensive enough where I wont be buying this every day :D

Every day at lunch my norwegian boy would pull out a small, crusty white bread sandwich with a thin slice of this cheese on it. (I used to think it was peanut butter, till his mom brought some for me.) That was all that was in his lunch except for a thermos of water. I think I could live on that too...well maybe with some sour green grapes too.

Cheese crack!

(They sell it at most large grocery stores in the special cheese section.)

You have got to eat a slice on a piece of honeycrisp apple :th :drool

LOL! sounds fantastic!

Another child's mom made swedish pancakes for us during international day and along with a certain berry syrup (lingonberry syrup?) put this cheese on top. OH MAMA!!! (That is why I thought we could use our coconut flour pancakes with it...)

I loved that school, it was in "oil alley" in Houston and all the children were from all over the world. Oh the treats the parents would send in!! :drool

That's it, I'm heading to the store! It has been years since I've had it!
