Update: My step dad has been admitted to the hospital and is waiting to get a Cat-scan to check for a possible blood clot in his lungs now. He is already on 24/7 oxygen. They put him on a full face mask with oxygen and he is not resting. My mom said he is already starting to look a little better and that his oxygen levels are up. At this time they do not think it is a heart attack. Please continue to pray.
 
Please continue to pray for my step dad. They did a CT-scan and found clots in his lungs. The doctor thinks they may have started in his legs and that he has more in his legs. The clots were putting pressure on his heart, causing the abnormal EKG's. He has been admitted to ICU and they expect him to be in the hospital for about a week.
 
Thinking of you honey....blood clots are no joke....I lost my great grandfather to one. :hugs

I hope you don't mind me bragging on you now. For those of you who don't already know this. Pam is an Angel. We have never met in person, and live states apart. She has spent hours of her precious time re-constructing a pair of jeans for my DH. There are no words to express my gratitude and his joy at having something he can not only put on by himself, but looks like normal jeans. Prior to her efforts, he was restricted to wearing jogging pants everywhere he went or wearing very depressing looking adaptive clothing that is very limited in style. Her efforts put a smile on his face and he no longer has to leave the house feeling bad about himself and how he had to dress. A day will never pass that you and your family are not in our thoughts and prayers. Bless you and your family. I hope your step dad gets better soon. I don't know your Mom but please hug her for me.
