That sounds fine to me. I think only the calendar contest for BYC has a "within the last year" clause. This is just for our picture on the front of the page and changes weekly

I just checked, and the calendar contests didn't/don't have that rule. The cutest baby fowl and some of the other contests used to, but we got rid of that silly rule. Currently, the only contest with the "within the last year" clause is the chicken molt contest:

My laptop had died and we waited a long time to get a deal for a new one. Need it to get the pictures off my camera. I can take ok ones with the phone, but the same picture taken with the camera is better. Last time I had it out, I was taking the pictures with both to compare
