im hoping its just a case of done alot more than my body is used to this past couple days
this is the third day in a row i lost track of time.
and today was a little colder than the past 2 days so im hoping i didnt get chilled.
a good nights sleep should be all i ned though lol
 
There is just SOOOOOO much crud going around though. Several folks in our church have pneumonia too..not just the elders, one little boy has been hospitalized this week with it too. Then there is the stomach bug going round :sick It just makes me automatically think someone is getting sick when they mention the tired and yuck feeling :hu I do hope you feel much better soon!!
 
well the good news is i do feel less yicky this morning, a little bit heady thing going on but generally ok, legs are a little achey but thats from all the squats ive done building the hutches LOL.

todays plan goes something like this.
wander across to the post office and post my ct plates to dad.

come home and give the pups sani trims, do nails, and while thier already pre-traumatized fro bathtime do vac's and chips.
ruby also needs a shave down and a bath, shes still got some scabs and flea dirt (though *touch wood* ive seen no live fleas on anyone) so ill give her a bath in some peppermint and teatrea to help sooth the itchies that still linger.
dozer and jasper will have to wait on their baths...i dont own enough towels LOL.
Dozer gets his final set of shots today too.

then once thats all done, get dressed and get my tush outside and build the gate for the front of the duck run...and if theres enough hours in the day, i might try and get the inside painted today. shouldnt take long with the roller.

So yeah...gotta get my tush in gear.
 
Glad you're feeling better!!!!!! Must have been borderline exhaustion last night, I get that way some days to. I hate that feeling! Sounds like you have the day planned out. :thumbsup
 
well managed to gt to the post office, all 3 pups are groomed bathed and have vac's and chips, dozers shot is done (though i will admit i pressed the plunger a tad too fast and we got a little overflow but nothing im too concerned about lol.
Dixie the female powderpuff wa sa bit of a struggle, shes an alpha personality and didnt want her face shaved her butt touched or to hold stll for shots/chip time, but we got through it with only a few hurt feelings lol
there now bakc in a clean playpen with the heat pad while they dry off fully.

just having a little bit of somehting to eat, then outside to get that run/hutch set up complete so i can take the next few days to do absolitly nothing lol.

Gonna do rubies bath either later on or tomorrow as my clipers need to charge.

so that means time to get dressed...once the build is finnished i can take a breather, but right now i just want it done.
 
so...this afternoon i managed to finnish the duck run, AND got the rabbit hutches inside painted...

tomorrow im hoping to get the inside of the duck run painted as well as the outside of the whole thing :D
the main color shoudlnt take too long shoudl be able to fo it with my normal roller so itll go fast, but itll need at least 3 coats if the inside is anything to go by LOL.

its realy amazing the difference a few coats of paint makes :) will post pics when its all finished now :D
im realy happy with how this has turned out.

ive also got another leed on some more standard rex girls...ther about 2 hours away but alot cheeper than the other person wants..
problem is 2 girls = full hutches and no male to breed them to lol.

which means ive got 3 options.
1: go get the 2 adult girls and talk cinid into letting me use her rex male :P
2: wait and get the pair from the origional person
3: go get the 2 adult girls, then when Dixie goes home this weekend use some of that money to buy the supplies to build 2 more hutches LOL (or the supplies to build the doe pen)

as of right now i was planning on buying th supplies for hutch 2 at the beginning of february....so i wouldnt be spending more than otheriwse to build the next 2, id just be moving ahead a little guicker and then build the community pen in february.

but yeah...got alot accomplished today
the pupies are bouncing round like crazy lunatics so looks good for no vaccine reactions lol.
 
Im liking option 2. You should build another hutch now because when they are weanable you will need a place to put them. Plus buck space.....
 
You could always use my buck to breed to get started. He is a smidge smallish, but it'd work. :hu The offer stands.
 
i think, if the seller is willing to hold untill thursday, im going to go pick up the 2 SR does...
there a little bit closer to me and alot cheaper (and proven)
ill breed them to WBF's male and tada :D

ill still build the other 2 hutches anyway, then i can go to the original person i was going to buy off in a few months for a couple of males.
