weatherman said rainy this morning but should clear up to just being overcast for most of the day so ive got my fingers crossed for you.

lol, i dont like cleaning...in any way shape or form...its one of the reasons id NEVER EVER own a large house...even if i had 10 kids id probably still live in a home under 1000sqft, because quite frankly i refuse to clean more than that (and my nan raised as many as 14 at a time in an 800sqft house as a foster mum)
but with a little house it goes pretty quickly, i have have the place cleaned top to bottom within 3 hours lol.
its the dishes i dread doing lol.

in bunny hutch news...today relitivly dry, the nest box/house sections are perfectly dry, but the open front/end got some blow in. im thinking of attatching some small cup hooks and picking up some heavy clear plastic (like tablecloth or furniture rotectant), a couple of grommets in the corners and tada, clear weather protection for driven weather. i can even put litle tabs on them so when not in use i can just roll them up rather than taking them off and storing them.
otherwie though, they held up well to last nights rain.

we also aparently have gained a lodger...
a big orange tabby cat was yowling at me from the half torn down shed this morning. ive never seen him before...not sure yet if hes just passing through or lost. hes a big round faced boy though and certainly not underweight, so hes either got himself a few homes feeding him, got a family of his own, or hes doing otherwise very well for himself.
hes terrified of Tempi however who is sat on the back deck right now giving him death glares (she doesnt like her paws to be wet and the grass is wet right now.)
she gave him a good old hiss this morning though and he was about ready to bolt until he realized she wasnt interested in chasing him. lol.
im ot going to encorage him to stay by feeding him, but im not gonna chase him off at this point either. im sure hell leave of his own accord once it dries up a little...
hes doing no harm holding the old sofa in the shed down

oh well, lots to get done today then, jacks cage and the puppy pen is done, need to do the linnie cage and the litterbox, sort the tanks out all of which need topping up
vacume, mop and dishes inside...
ive got some coupons to sort out and clip, and the laundry room to try and get some resembalacne of tidyness going on.
so yeah.

well...
the house is picked up vacumed mopped and smelling a little less like a zoo lol.
the dishes are done, trash is out, fishtanks topped up, birdcages clean and litterbox done.
i even managed to get ruby trimmed up. shes still all scabby from the flea attack, so shes definatly allergic to the little nasties BUT *touch wood* the chemical warefare seems to have done the trick.
going to give her a bath in a little while (which she is already giving me death glares about, she knows its comming LOL) and hopefully thatll help with the last of the reminidning itchy spots.

were all confirmed for nekkid girl going home the afternoon of the 20th so thats good.
waiting to hear back from the pp females people, there supposd to be comming in this weekend to get her so i just need to know what day/time so i can make sure shes ready to go.
its bitersweet, im ready to say goodbye but will be sad to see them go lol
wont miss cleaning up after them though LOL.
still looking for little mans spcial home.
theres always one that ends up staying just a little bit longer lol.

so yeah...feeling quite accomplished. need to put the dishes away once their dry, then whipe down the countertop, then ruby bath and then im sooo done for the day in terms of heavy duty stuff.
i do however want to get my new DVD player set up and tidy the shelf my electronics currently live on under the fish tank.
I MIGHT try and get the new shelf up today...its a floating shelf so once the braket it up it just slides on and 2 scres hold it in place, this means its realy easy later on to take it down to sand and paint it...but at least itll be in the house untill then (right now its out under theyup...i put it, but not too bad...
worse comes to worse ill put it under the carport for now...
its compressed so i doubt moisture is going to get into it all too easily from 1 night of rain but id rather not risk it.
so yeah thats my day thus far.

having 1/2 a glass of chocolate milk, then in about 1/2 an hour ill have some lunch (im thinking a turkey sandwhich might be in order)
got london broil for dinner tonight, yup...exciting! lol

so heres the painted hutch

i want to add some white trim. along the top and bottom of the "house" section.

i checked for "rain damage" and im definatly going to need to make some kind of wet weather curtains to stop blow in...but otherwise

well i heard from Dixies people...assuming all goes well she will be going home friday afternoon
i think Dozer will miss her most, shes the one that likes to torment him back as they run around and throw toys at each other lol.
so friday morning she gets another bath, lol, shes gonna love me for that one

tomorrow im going to go get my bunnies...so excited lol.

i realized, ive always wanted a bunny...when i was little my dad told me i could get one if i did my reaserch, then changed his mind and i wasnt allowed one...lol...
come alng way since then huh?!
have to stop somwhere along the way to take out cash for the girls, who are tentitivly named bluebell and acorn. (from watership down)
i think thats going to be my theme lol.
planning a Hazel and Dandelion, mabe a Strawberry and Fiver too lol...

well everyones fed watered and settled...have to grab 2 dog crates and have my breakfast then im off to pick up the bunny girls...think im gonna make myself a packed lunch though tot ake with me so im not tempted to get fast food on the way home
so excited but not looking forward to the long (for me) drive...and i have to stop along the way for cash and fill up the gas tank.
its chilly and wet today...so hopefully the roads will be quiet.
