today has been rough...
i felt tired this morning but not too bad...whent into jackson as i realized i needed to pick my meds up and bought a pair of sneakers whiek i was there (my old sneakers aparently met with a ravenous sneaker eating mosnster when i was out one day...they will work for doing the critters, but i needed new "going way form the house" sneakers found a pair i liked for $9...then found a pair i likes just at much fo $7...so i bought the $7 sneakers...there sparkly! lol
got home though and the world when to pot, i felt so drained...
then the neighbor turned up asing or a ride...so i took him...
got home and felt even worse...head has been pounding, my bac is killing, i got realy hot and sticky ect..
im pretty sure this is a case of seriously overtired and heat...my bedroom a is just not managing to cool the rest of the house fficiently...im hoping to get back word on a little online job, if i get it (wont pay alot) it will be enough to offset the cost of adding a second AC unit...ill pu the big oe i have right now in the livingroom and then the new (smaller) unit can go in the bedroom...mabe between the 2 units and ceiling fans ill get a hold on keeping the house under 84 degrees...the one in my bedroom is at 78 and having to work constantly and while my bedroom is hovering just around that point the rest of the house just cant seem to get much below 84 even with the ceiling fans going in each room...
so yeah now im just being lazy again, going to have some food soon (didnt realy feel like it before) and then ill definatly be going to bed early tonight.
tomorrow ive got NO plans, supposed to be same temps as today so ill be chilling out doing not much i think...

I've been laid up for several days at a time too...used to happen a LOT, but I did back strengthening exercises...probably outta get back on those when it heals this time.
