well theres going to be a bit of an age gap in the gooseys, got note my babies will ship june 2nd...jemima is doing ok right now as a lone quack...so hopefully shell take to the new guys once they get here.
rhodebar eggs should be here Thursday too
spent today sat outside with my computer, beautiful day, just wish it was hot enough to warm the pool enough for a swim...
tomorrows weather may put a hold on the ikea/goat trip...if I don't pick Frodo up by Friday hell stay with his dam until 8 weeks old...id rather get him home and bottle feed but she seems to do a very good job at handling her dam raised babies and making them very sweet...not gonna drive 2 1/2 hours if its pouring and thunderstorming tomorrow...:/
in good news another 3 buns got deposits on them today so that's 5 of the 8 older rex babies under deposit and 1 of the 5 angora babies under deposit.
ive also got the 2 very young rex babies in the nest box...im hoping the tri-color is a girl if so shell stay.
if I can get the rest of the angora and the English lop kits sold for what im asking itll pay off the balance on the loan for the land clearing in TN completely, would be nice to pay that off and forget about it and start working on paying down my credit card and my car...
I want to be debt free in 5 years so when its time to move to the next adventure I can do so with a clean slate.
im still not sure what the next adventure will be, 1/2 of me wants to buy a huge piece of land in tn, build my house and continue homesteading....
the other half of me wants to buy a small camper trailer (that's light enough to be plled by my little yarris) or RV that can tug my little car and go on an adventure before deciding... go be a gypsy for a while...who knows...either way, 5 years to pay things off is my goal.
and yeah that's it for now
