Yes. I did a little better than double my money.

Selling just 4 covered all the feed costs. I gave some away for christmas gifts to family kept 1 for ourself and sold the remaining ones for $4 a pound the smallest was 15lb the biggest was 23lb

For next year, could you keep a turkey journal in the poultry forum, detailing how you raised them, cost, loss, profit? We have raised Cornish cross twice and I kept a journal on it. It would be interesting to go along the turkey journey with you!

I got 30 Cornish Cross chicks this morning, one was dead, leaving 29. They cost $1.60 each. We got week old CCX chicks at TSC a few days ago for FREE. We got 25, one died leaving 24. So now we have 53 CCX chicks. I will post cost, any sales, and freezer meat. Y’all join in...

Finaly got the barn cleaned out from the turkeys so the goats and lambs moved into the barn today. So far they seem happy about the move.

Here we go again. We have had over 50cm of snow in the last 3 weeks and supposed to get 20-40cm today. Going to spend the morning fixing the snowblower it needs new belts and hook the plow back up on the atv.

Got the snowblower working but broke the throttle lever lol at least I can still move it with a screwdriver until I get that fixed
