Yesterday as I was cleaning up all of the downed limbs and tree stuff from around the house and all, I hate stepping in a surprise from the dogs, I was thinking, "it feels like its about to get cold, it feels like snow" and it is a chilly 35 on the porch

And all the power just went out, and in 9 years that has only happened maybe 3 times, for just a short time

Community group on Facebook says the roads are ice.

Lots of idiots in the car eating drainage ditches. A semi with trailer will fully fit in the one down 224th. We've seen that happen.

Some moron decided they just had to haul a single wide up Graham Hill this afternoon and got it stuck halfway up.

Cemetery Hill with it's 8% grade and curves is impassable. You might be able to slide down it, but are more likely to end up in a ditch. Some developer decided a subdivision was a good thing to put in halfway up it so that's too many idiots without AWD or 4X4. Plus lack of chains. They can barely handle it in the summer.

Warm enough here. Light snow overnight.

How are you coping? Are you in one of the windy spots? It's been pretty still wind wise here.
We are fine, doing great!
thankfully we haven had much wind, if we did I think we would have a lot of trees snap,
its cold, much warmer up stairs. I do have the celling fan going, but when the power goes out it is NG down stairs,
