possible tweak to a subject-area title?

It's not like a huge earthshattering thing, but do you think it might be worth altering "From Farm to Freezer - Recipes, Canning, Preserving, etc " to something broader and more succinct like "The Self-sufficient Kitchen"?

I mention it because I had one heckuva time figuring out where to post a thread about portion sizes, and when I finally by process of elimination got to the recipes section I noticed that it has a significant non-recipe component already -- getting pressure canners tested, stocking the pantry, etc.

Not a big thing, jsut a thought (from someone who chronically has trouble figuring out which of all those subject categories a given topic should belong in),
