Oh I agree 100%! I guess I didn't even think about that part of it being negotiable , we just always have a group of people around that don't mind helping. Otherwise it'd be a whole different story!

When I process the chickens I set up a radio or tape player with some good music that I like to sing along to or a book on tape. (or even the TV with a movie to listen to going) It gives me something to do with my mind (and sometimes my lungs ) while I work. Makes all of the difference.
