It is that time of year when the Redbuds bloom , It's time to make the Redbud Jelly and Hunt for those elusive Morrell Mushrooms.

I love morels. There was a good place to pick them at my middle/high school by the river. I won't try out on public land here. That's how you get shot by commercial mushroom hunters.

Same amount of fresh water ( Not Tap )
2Tbsp of fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp of Pectin
2 Cups of Sugar
Easy to make and amazing taste ( Hard to describe)

And yet I wonder just what would red bud wine taste like? Is the jelly red or pink?
