Yay! I'm so jealous of people who get early ultrasounds. Here it's just the big one at 18-20 weeks.

OOOHHHH!!!! He has your eyes!

Here's a fun article. While I am not espousing that you go nuts with fetal enrichment programs... I find it awe inspiring that even an infant in the womb is aware of his surroundings. Studies have shown that fetal blood pressure responds positively or negatively to parents voices (yes, even Dad!) based on calm, loving conversations vs. argumentative conversations.

I love children's logic ..... "the mystery flavor Dum Dums are a mystery" this is what my son told me when we were at the bank today.

So Silas has just got hooked on animal shows, and i'm talking about the "older" ones with the with the Kratt brothers. With his new found love of learning about animals I'm thinking about helping him start bird watching.

That's a wonderful hobby! And an interest in animals is awesome. My Dad was into nature and animals and he told me some fascinating stuff about them. I WISH I had all his writings still, so I can share it with you and Silas. But thankfully we have the internet now, so finding interesting information is so easy.
