Savingdogs-Saving the chickens

I find it funny when animals get themselves into those kind of predicaments. I use a bucket with a rope handle and Ginger has been seen wearing it as a necklace before, too. But she could see, whereas Emilee's whole head was caught.

I can't count the times the cats have run by, their head in the loop of a grocery bag, and the bag chasing them. This is more frequent with cloth bags since we hide all the plastic ones.

Amira can fit her entire head in a coffee mug. I brew valerian tea and she steam bongs herself. Puts her whole head in and absorbs the stonerificness of it. That's a word right? Stoner-ific-ness?

Well cats on catnip is pretty funny, too....I have one with a possible "addictive personality" because if I have some he won't leave it alone until it is all gone. He eats it!

Okay. So here is the "too much info" for the minute. By Abi. *curtsies*

When I get home from the gym, and flop on the floor, Amira loooooves my arm pits. Rolls in them like it is catnip! Chews and purrs and mews and paws and rolls. It's hilarious.

LOL Abi!

One of our cats does the same thing with shoes--the stinkier, the more glorious to the cat. She tries to get inside stinky shoes. Mostly my daughter's, but sometimes she does it to visitor shoes and it's tough to explain to people who don't know cats...

My dog does that. It's funny.

Moxie used to collect everyones stinky shoes if you left her loose in the house. If she couldn't be by us, at least your foot smell was handy! She didn't chew them, just made a pile and sat on them and smelled them.

My cat Sylvie will clean out my dog Morgan's ears when she's laying down. Morgan has little floppy ears, so Sylvie will walk over, flip the ear back and start cleaning them.

I have to clean out her ears quite often because they get really nasty...I don't know how she licks them!

I have no idea why, but our cat JD used to love to sit in the nest I had set up in the chicken infirmary!
