A Griswold find!!! Good deal! We attended an auction 5 years ago and for sale was a 12" frying pan with lid. $1100.00 No lie, no mistake, $1100.00. It has to do with the Griswold emblem on the bottom which tells it's age.
As for the stack of Lodge ware for $50.00, I'd grab it. Good deal.
i would buy that large stack of cast iron, it is worth it. The griddle alone is worth that and it is already seasoned. Another good find. the $550.00 griswold i saw had a cross on the back of it if im not mistaken. I have never seen a griswold product down here in the dirty south but im gonna keep a sharp eye out from now on.
