I'm thinking of making special ones for the grandkids,but what a great project for kids learning to sew!

I would add two inches for seams to the actual size of whatever pillow you are cutting for. Maybe more if it's really fat! I'd rather take it in more and waste an inch of materiel,than cut it too small .

What a neat, fun project! Thanks for sharing. I agree it would be great for teaching kids to sew. I'm sure they would get a kick out if the whole tube-rolling inside-out thing. :)

I didn't look at the video, but just wanted to add, that at school (in then West Germany) the first things I learned to sew were pillow cases and bags. Simple, but ever so useful and fun. I made loads, once I learned how to.

That was neat! She did it all in under 10 minutes including cutting the fabric!

I watched that video and I think almost every other one they have on You Tube!!! :ep How neat is that. I think I need to learn how to quilt. I have tried before but nothing like they do.

Very inspiring!!!
