The skirting on the coop is great. I am sure in the heat of the summer it will be their favorite place.

Actually, the Labrador Retriever is getting more freedom than the The Wife
The Lab only cost me 900.00. The Wife's hospital bills are over 15,000 so far.
There are 10 layers in that coop. 5 Barred Rocks and 5 Golden Buffs.

Late For Supper
It's been awhile since I posted in my journal, so I thought I'd update ya'all on what The Wife has had me doin'..........
First up was a new deck on the back of the house. Here is the old one..........
New sidewalk in first.......
Old deck coming off......
GONE!!!
New deck starting.......
Starting the gazebo.....
Coming along......
My helpers.......
DONE!!! (almost....)
Then, The Wife decided that in my SPARE time, I REALLY needed to build a brick patio to the North of the Gazebo......
Notice the helpers......
Landscaped......
In the interest of self sufficiency, ALL of the landscaping was done with plants that we divided off of existing landscaping.
