Sufficient Self's Bible Study Group

I am currently reading thru the Bible chronologically. Just finished Job and back to Genesis.

:welcome I usually have to look it up to see when the particular book I am reading happened. At first it really threw me off who the prophets were prophesying against and when.

The next time you can't get there, maybe you could listen to a sermon by my home pastor, Pastor Dan. His accent and speech sounds like a hick but every message I've heard of his has been great so far....and I am very tuned into false teaching. I haven't found one message that was questionable of his...just simple, plain, down to earth Bible teaching.

Look under sermon archives on the church site:

I'm glad you got your car fixed! :hugs

Wish you had posted the link earlier, Bee. I would have listened. But then again, I spent most of the day sleeping and am now feeling much better.

Don't make fun of our WV accent! :D His is pretty pronounced..... :P These sermons are the only access to church I have right now, so I download last week's sermon this week so I can listen, then I listen to gospel music afterwards and sing along. I've never done church all by myself, but if you have to do it, this is a pretty cool way to worship. At least you don't feel all alone....almost feels like you are at church!
