My customers all say they taste so much better! Since I don't/haven't gotten store eggs in yrs, I don't know...

I bought a grain mill several years ago, whole wheat berries, the works. I was so proud of my home made bread, but DH complained that it had "holes" in it and preferred store bought.

He is so OCD about holey bread, that he fans the slices in the wrapper, trying to pick the most perfect loaf. I can go get other things on the list, come back, place them in the cart, and he is still peering into the bread wrapper.
